KWord's MS Word import filter:
- Support for Word 6 and Word 7 (aka Word 95) files added
- Fixed the list handling
- wv2 isn't so noisy anymore, when compiled with --disable-debug

I already bumped the wv2 version requirement in KOffice to 0.1.9 (which 
doesn't exist yet). I have to fix the new logging code before I can release 
0.1.9 (in time for RC 1).

Lukas: Please tell me if there are any problems with that.
