Okay. I see approximately the same. The problem isn't the filter, though. The strange 
stuff obscuring the real document are some misplaced tables. Table support is 
broken in KWord right now, unfortunately. 
 
Opening *any* document (native or not) with huge and/or complex tables is going to 
look awkward.
