Now, this is quite easily resolved without cluttering the toolbars. 
 
1) Have a the print button open a menu (in the usual manner). It defaults to   
   the most recently selected print mode. (Design cool pictures to easily  
   distinguish the modes on the toolbar, then even a secretary won't fail to  
   print correctly.) 
2) Include three print options: 
   print current page 
   print current document 
   print dialog 
3) Include a user confirm toggle which will always pop up a confirmation  
   dialog if selected. 
4) (This is my years-old cool wish!) 
   Allow the user to immediately remove a document from the print queue: 
   a) last document submitted 
   b) select from submitted documents (this application only, of course) 
 
If we could have this functionality implemented in KDE, this would be really 
very helpful.
