But this feature could be a Plugin or a Datatool, which would then be
optionally compiled if glib2 is present - just like we do for wv2.
(So it's then a "weak" dependency, and one we already have as such).

Interesting. I thought it would be better to link a plugin to the OTS lib,
but given the very clear input/output design of this feature, you're right,
it's probably much simpler to just call the binary.
