I currently checked out koffice/lib/kofficeui and it doesn't compile anymore 
with:

koTemplateCreateDia.cc: In method `void KoTemplateCreateDia::slotOk()':
koTemplateCreateDia.cc:237: no matching function for call to 
`KoTemplate::KoTemplate (QString, const QString, QString &, bool, bool)'
koTemplates.h:38: candidates are: KoTemplate::KoTemplate(const QString &, 
const QString & = QString::null, const QString & = QString::null, const 
QString & = QString::null, bool = false, bool = false)
koTemplates.h:58:                 KoTemplate::KoTemplate(const KoTemplate &)
make[4]: *** [koTemplateCreateDia.lo] Error 1

It seems that you missed committing your changes to koTemplateCreateDia.cc?
