I have noticed that we never changed the mime type application/x-kugarmixed

So should it be:
application/vnd.kde.kugar
application/vnd.kde.kugar-mixed
application/vnd.kde.kugar.mixed

This time I do not argue anymore to have one or the other. But KOffice Beta1 
is coming soon, so we have to decide.
