Arguably the MSWord import support in KOffice-1.2.1 isn't really good enough to warrant this. However it sounds like a good thing to do in KOffice-1.3, when the new MSWord import filter based on wv2 is ready. It also makes sense only for filetypes that are not better handled by another app - for instance, KWord can import HTML, but clicking on an .html file should really not bring up KWord ;) - -- David Faure -- faure@kde.org, dfaure@klaralvdalens-datakonsult.se Qt/KDE/KOffice developer Klarälvdalens Datakonsult AB, Platform-independent software solutions -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE+gruT72KcVAmwbhARAmloAJ4+1o6spzafPb8eGkZ/F/Fdm12JsgCfTU5M HrXlp23hDfRyUic2/hY2qWo= =KTKg -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ koffice-devel mailing list koffice-devel@mail.kde.org http://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/koffice-devel
