No, you only need glib2 (also required by aRts) and libxml2 (a KDE 
dependency). For the build process you need pkg-config.

To disable the GNOME dependencies you have to add the flag --without-gnome 
when configuring libgsf. The next version of libgsf will do that by default, 
if bonobo et al. aren't found.
