Attached is a patch for koffice/lib/kofficecore/koGlobal.cc

The patch tries to make the paper formats more maintainable by concentrating 
the data into a single table.

Additionally, I have renamed "DIN" to "ISO" in user visible strings, as the 
default language of KDE is en_US (and not something like en_DE.)

I have not added any new paper format yet. I have also not corrected the upper 
rounded values for the US paper formats. As we transform these values to 
points, I think that we should not round up but use exactly 1 inch = 25.4 mm.
