It seems that KOffice can handle much less paper sizes that QT's QPrinter.

As we cannot have correctly working custom sizes for now (QT Issue #17378), it 
would be perhaps better to add these additional sizes into KOffice. 

The only problem that I see is that an old KOffice application might not like 
these new values.

So has anyone an idea how for example KWord 1.1 would react?
