Isn't that during "Save As" only?

I think this is where we have to separate two notions:
* working with a foreign file format (using load and save in that format)
* importing a file and then working on a native .kwd document later on.

This distinction isn't really in the formats themselves (some people might
do a one-time import of RTF, others might work with RTF as "native").

Maybe we should have Import and Export menu items, to distinguish the
two ways?
