Subject: Re: Cannot compile, autoconf must be run and admin/am_edit
 not called

I know about the stty: Invalid argument. I isn't a problem. I looked
into this. What it is is the missing script trying to find the best way
to locate an executable (i.e. type, which). It isn't a problem and it
works. I do not see this getting called in any other configure script,
though.

I still think there is a problem if autoconf/automake/etc. needs to be
called since I don't see this behavior elsewhere.

I also noticed that if I copy all the files from kdepim-3.1/admin into
koffice-1.2.1/admin that the configure seems to execute properly. It
may just be that it needs updating. I do not see any error or warning
messages after updating the files, and am_edit is being called. In
fact, after updating all the files in the admin subdirectory everything
seems to be compiling smoothly. moc and uic are called, indicating that
am_edit was called.

The first time I called make after configure I saw a bunch of
configuration files being updated, but no errors or warnings with the
following exception:

cd . && /bin/ksh ./config.status Makefile
config.status: creating Makefile
cd . && /bin/sh /tools/kde/archive/3.1/koffice-1.2.1/admin/missing --run
