Well, I had two ideas:
- use the inch/1440 ratio to caculate the twips value, which unfortunately 
seems not to be possible here.
- use a brute force method by deciding by the inch value which WMF is by twips 
and which WMF is metric. (I would have prefered not to have to use this 
method.)
