I will rethink the exact dates but still there's the problem with every 
application maintainer having holidays at a different time :( I'm still a bit 
unsure how to handle the message freeze; some teams work on a one-man-show 
basis, so it would be quite difficult for them to handle big amounts of work 
during the summer holidays...
