Just wanted to add I put up a screenshot of what the test app outputs to screen: http://www.xs4all.nl/~rwlbuis/karbon/pics/kpaintertestview.png Now there are some obvious problems still in there (mostly with API finetuning, the technical capability to handle opacity is there), but it shouldnt be too hard to make for example nice charts using this painter already. Also QPainter compatibility to make "porting" easy is one of our goals.
