Yes, I had another thought about it, and this sounds like the best fix.

To answer the other points in this thread:
It's not a problem that filters don't use KoPicture, since the "special handling"
would have been moved to KoPicture, so it wouldn't be in kostore anymore.

I also wonder: why use KoStore on OO files, and not KZip ? KoStore is meant
for koffice files, so that they can have a single API for several backends.
However OO files are always zip files, so I don't see the point in using KoStore for it.
