Summary: On app start: "Mutex destroy failure: Device or resource
busy"
Product: koffice
Version: 1.2.1
Platform: RedHat RPMs
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: crash
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: koffice-devel@kde.org
ReportedBy: kde@redline.org.uk
Version: 1.2.1 (using KDE KDE 3.0.3)
Installed from: RedHat RPMs
Compiler: gcc v. 3.2 Configured with: ../configure --prefix=/usr \
--mandir=/usr/share/man --infodir=/usr/share/info --enable-shared \
--enable-threads=posix --disable-checking --host=i386-redhat-linux --with-system-zlib \
--enable-__cxa_atexit Thread model: posix
OS: Linux
Any KOffice app (excluding kugar ...) fails to start with the above message.
The environment as reported by uname ...
Linux 2.4.18-18.8.0smp #1 SMP Wed Nov 13 23:11:20 EST 2002 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
kde-config -v ...
Qt: 3.0.5
KDE: 3.0.3-8.3 Red Hat
kde-config: 1.0
kword -v ...
Qt: 3.0.5
KDE: 3.0.3-8.3 Red Hat
KWord: 1.2.1
Note that the (only) thing I've done is update the kernel. KOffice apps are installed \
in /usr (as per usual.) The trawling I've done through the bug database yields little \
clue.
Any ideas?
