From any koffice application.  

- Create 2 files.  Both can now be accessed using the MRU list.
- Open the second file using MRU list.
- Delete 1st file using external tool.
- Select 1st file using the application that created it.

An error is given, but a checkmark appears next to the deleted file name in the MRU \
list.  Additionally, clicking this filename again doesn't produce any effect, no \
attempt is made to reload the file, since it's now the "current" entry.

Futhermore, I haven't been able to actually get a checkmark on a filename when it's \
the currently loaded file. _______________________________________________
