Kalle just agreed, and I made the KoChart interface LGPLv2 on his behalf.

KdChart is dlopened, not linked to (by kspread). All I know is that the sit=
uation
around dlopening is pretty messy though. Ask kde-licensing@ if you want
to find out more about that...
