I updated today my cvs tree and with the recent changes to kde-common, I 
cannot compile it anymore.

configure gives me:
checking for KDE... checking if UIC has KDE plugins available... configure: 
error: not found - you need to install kdelibs first.

My kde-cvs is about a week old and I don't dare to update, due to the current 
changes in kdenetwork. OTOH, I don't think the missing UIC is not related to 
a recent kdelibs.

I'm a bit stuck here, as I don't know what to do.
