Okay,
didn't test this way (I had B5:34 and B7:=B5, then inserted rows at 3 and 6 
which is working fine).
Do we have this in KSpread 1.2 as well. Can someone test it?

Fixed now.
Thanks for the report, yesterday the responsible code came to my eyes and I 
wondered if it wouldn't make a bug like you describe here, but didn't 
investigate more.

No not many repaints, only one.
But there seems to be very high calculations somewhere. Need to investigate 
further.
