Does there exist a libart based QPaintDevice?
If such a class exists, and the rendering starts on a transparent canas,
theoretically it would not be necessarily to call a QImage::createHeuristic
match, and you have anti-aliased rendering.
The missing features of a QPainter based rendering model remain.
