This is what I did step-by-step. This was reproduced 3 times on my system. To reproduce this bug: 1) Register yourself at the PlasmoDB (http://plasmodb.org) (it's free). 2) Choose Bulk Sequence Download -> P. Knowlesi 3) On the next page, choose Nucleotide 4) On the next page choose PknH_2001.09.07_GSS_SANGER.fasta and download it ("Save Link As..." on Mozilla) 5) KOffice > KWord > A4 > open downloaded file 6) Edit > Select all 7) Edit > Copy 8) Application crashes I'm using a Pentium 4 1.7MHz and 500Mb RAM.
