Hi,

I've not used koffice for quite some time (unfortunately), but have to 
prepare a presentation for next week.

The last time I used KPresenter, I ran into troubles in terms of memory use 
(the system started swapping) because all images contained in the 
presentation were pre-loaded when the file was opened.

Can anyone tell me whether this was been fixed in the meanwhile? If yes, 
I'll compile KDE3 + KOffice 1.1.1, otherwise I'll have to install 
Powerpoint :-((
