The patch is for the directory filters/kword/rtf/import

I have tried to fix the loading of a RTF file. All changes are only in the 
KWord side of the filter.

Changes:
- fix the saving of pictures (the old problem of using 
QDateTime::currentDateTime for <KEY>)
- correct writing of <STYLE> and <FOLLOWING>
- do not transform WMF to SVG (QPicture's SVG support is still very losely.)
- changed the filter to use "unified pictures".
