How does KSpread (KOffice) generate the popup menu lists with a call to:

static_cast<QPopupMenu*>(factory()->container("menupage_popup",this))->popup(_point);


I found the definition of "menupage_popup" in kspread.rc but changing it seems 
to have no effect on what is displayed.  What am I missing?
