This patch adds support for double strikeout (strikethrough) and improves font 
name handling. When your RTF document contains font name such as "Times New 
Roman CE" (Central European) QFont can't match it to "Times New Roman" and 
substitute it with "Times". With my patch RTF Import filter cuts fontname by 
one word (delimited by space) at a time until it matches known font name. If 
it doesn't match a substitute from QFont is used.
