I'd like footnotes to get user testing first, but other than that I think it's finished.
If you find anything not working as expected, please tell us ;)
Endnotes are not implemented yet, do not try and document them ;)

Hmm, we still have to do something about this. Currently a numbered list with
"chapter numbering" (1.2.1) ends up in the TOC. I don't know what the proper fix
should be... other than simply an "include in Table Of Contents" checkbox
in the paragraph dialog (and hence in the style dialog too). This way it could default
to true in the "Head N" styles, and to false when using "chapter numbering" for
a simple hierarchical list. Hmm, I like that, now that I think of it ;)

Do you mean autocorrect?
We use the name "autoformat" in the code, but AFAIK this doesn't appear anywhere
in the GUI.
