I plan to get rid of all the Q* classes in kotext step by step (already did for QTextString
and QTextStringChar, renamed Ko*) - which means, for the other classes,
merging with the Ko* changes. This will solve such problems, and will also simplify
the class hierarchy, which should make it easier for the new developers.
I think I'll use #includes to add our functionality to 
e.g. QTextDocument-renamed-as-KoTextDocument
(the goal being to minimize the changes to the qt files, to make it easier to
 sync from qt later on; the renaming is done by a perl script).

Well, this is just one more incentive for me to work on this again ;)
