Yes I'm working on the delete/insert row/column breakage of formulas (the $ 
case and the trailling character), not the same bug as you describe, but just 
to inform you, that I'm working on it and you don't have to look at this one 
too.

This will be harder (I was thinking about this one too). 
We don't have different (up|down or left|right) values to scroll. Currently 
it's only one value per Scrollbar, so you need to decide which direction you 
want to optimize the scrolling. 
This is due to QScrollbar, so you need to enhance QScrollbar in this case. 

Search for setSteps in KSpreadView.cc.
