Hi,

I was glancing at the source in koMainWindow.cc (koffice-1.1.1), and I think 
that you are missing a 

dialog->setOperationMode(KFileDialog::Opening);

statement in KoMainWindow::slotFileOpen(). 

Or am I missing something? Is there any advantage in leaving the 
operationMode set to KFileDialog::Other?
