This option appears in many KDE programs, e.g. in kate I can see "Prompt On Replace" too, and I know it's not the same code at the moment. KMail... lacks the option :} Didn't test other programs. Feel free to change to a better English formulation if necessary, but in that case make sure that all KDE programs use the same name for this option (e.g. grepping the .pot files ?)
