For KPresenter, I plan to play with some new slide transition effect (or, in 
KPresenter's term: page effect). This will covers some nice effects adopted 
mainly from Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 (and also my old sweet Lotus Freelance 
:-)

As with this, some issues I'd like to raise here: 

1) Wouldn't be good to separate this page effect stuff in another file, say 
pgeffect.[h,cc] instead of putting all together in page.[h,cc] ? 

2) How about another separate dialog for configuring this page effect, say 
"Slide Transition" with a Preview button for showing how it looks like 
and/or possibly with a small preview window ? 

3) Anyone using PowerPoint 2000 will likely love its multifunction sidebar 
(on the right side) which has also a page to change slide transition easily, 
and even preview the effect directly on the main view of the slide. Such 
sidebar, although will take some screen space, is also really helpful for 
users. 

If everything looks OK, I'll try to implement it. Of course, I might need 
some helps...
