In fact I would see : "import and export filter by xslt file". You can export your document by using you own "filter" which is the xslt file. I commited yesterday kword2xslfo.xsl (in filters/xsltfilter). You can select this file in the config. dialog box of the exportfilter for kword and you will obtein a document in xsl:fo (only if you have paragraph, no list, picture, ... it's a work in progress).
