With KOffice we have the option to 
    Ignore uppercase words
    Ignore title case words

I am trying to add documentation what that means; if someone know please add
the docu in kconfig.cc ....

The strange thing is that for example the string "BLABLABLA" is _not_ an error
when the "Ignore title case words" case is enabled. This confuses me as I expect
the first to toggle that behavior.
Is there a bug somewhere?
