Hi!

KDE 1.1 Betas / RC 1 do not work with KDE libraries 2.1.1 or 2.1.2. You should
update your KDE libraries to 2.2 Beta or RC 1 which will be released in few
days.

Unfortunately you must update some other stuff to get KDE 2.2 beta / RC1 working.
At least libxml (can be found in GNome site), propably pcre too.
