Why is it so bad that we ask some money for this at some level?  Visio 
would cost you hundreds of dollars, there is a lot of value in Kivio and 
there is a lot of value in having a tool that lets you build stencils 
faster.  We expect this to cost about $50 which seems very reasonable.
