Do you use the same prefix for KOffice and for KDE ? >(If not... see the "Install from Source" instructions on www.koffice.org) >Otherwise, run the attached script after changing instance=kword into >instance=killustrator. Do the other KOffice app run, BTW ? Here's the output from the script: tarball@linux:~/KDesktop > ./check_koffice_install.sh Found: /opt/kde2/share/applnk/Office/killustrator.desktop... ok, this is a KOfficePart Native mimetype : X-KDE-NativeMimeType=application/x-killustrator Service Types dir /home/tarball/.kde2/share/servicetypes/ Service Types dir /opt/kde2/share/servicetypes/ Found /opt/kde2/share/servicetypes/kofficepart.desktop [PropertyDef::X-KDE-NativeMimeType] Everything looks ok I have installed koffice from the Suse7.2 rpm's everything works, except - killustrator. The "template-picker" opens, but when I click on the on the template, to open a new doc, the krash-thing comes up. Here's the output: (no debugging symbols found)...(no debugging symbols found)...
