qt-2.3.1-2

I have updated qt to version 2.3.1 now; still, the output ps file is not
properly viewable.

When "printing" to the file, I get some output on stderr:
QPrinter: Raster operation setting not supported
In fact, this points to some qt rather than a kpresenter problem :-/

As I said, I am using antialiased fonts.
