I guess the requirements for inclusion in an office package are
pretty subjective. Apart from KProject, I see other things like mail
client, calendar, and address book as integral parts of officeware.
I also don't see KProject as something to use only to map out the
project plan; it's something that should beused for keeping track of
the project through it's lifetime, which is why the mail, calendaring
and address book integration is required.

I think that, like other KOffice apps, it should store information
locally in an XML file. However, it should also be able to store
information in a database, and synchronise between the two. But then
I also think that all the other KOffice parts should store directly
to database as well, because how else can an integrated office
function properly?
