kde.debian.net is currently down.
According to Ivan E. Moore II there will be a new master server soon. Just 
use a mirror for now, e.g.
http://ftp.linux.ee/pub/kde.tdyc.com/debian/dists/
which has been updated just before kde.tdyc.com AKA kde.debian.net went down.

Can someone with access to www/koffice please commit the attached patch?
