 I get similar behaviour here too.

 If I drag the CD frame above and clear of the KreateCD frame, then 
go back and and click on the KreateCD frame, I can go back and drag 
the CD Frame over the KreateCD frame and it remains transparent. 
WhenI  pull the CD frame past the bottom of the KreateCD frame, the 
transparency effect is lost.
