Is it possible to insert a url in kword and when it is selected (clicked)
konqueror is opened for example to browse the url?

Perhaps this is already possible, however I did not find a reference in the 
menu's to it.  I would expect it to be somewhere in the Insert menu...

When it is marked as being a url, it is nice for the html export filter as 
well, so it can make it an <a href=...> tag.
