Yes, I just had apt download the new debhelper and all packages required for
it. It downloaded about 16 MB from testing and I was able to compile them.
They work wonderful, although compiling needs about 12h on my Pentium 150
(already overclocked :)). If anyone wants these packages, I can upload them
anywhere.
