Hi!
IMHO koffice uses a different (instance ? of) kfiledialog ?
changing the "view" calling from kate works fine
doing the same from kword does not display the rigth window any more.
I think we had a long discussion a year ago about the behaviour of
kfiledialog because it was bahaving a bit like it does now in koffice.
