Means that your kdelibs was compiled against Qt 2.3.0.

..so.3, are you sure ? Qt3 isn't out yet !
Don't you mean libqt.so.2.3.0 ?

There's something screwed up with Qt on your system, but I don't know what.

This is fixed now. You should either update KWord to the very
current one, or use the last released version (KWord-0.8, in KDE-2.0.1)
