Actually, I appear to have fixed this myself :) (although I don't know
whether this is the "right" way, but it works for me :P )

In kword\kwview.cc, I changed:

#include <kformulaedit.h>

to

#include <lib/kformula/kformulaedit.h>

And it works :) (at least it compile, runs, but I haven't had an
extensive play with it yet)
