To answer your question as far as I know there is no alternative to MSprojects. However, now I'm on it, what would be the Mimetype in a desktop file for MSprojects and MSaccess? I would like to know as I am preparing a rpm that should create kde office menu options for the above mention MS application. Directory mimelnk/application; MimeType=application/msprojects MimeType=application/msaccess To prevent questions, at my work there is a Windows NT server that to which linux users can connect. The server runs the native windows office applications, it's filesystem is shared with the linux systems.
