Dokbook and Latex have no import filters.
HTML's import filter is a fake!

There are quite a lot in the sources.
Look under koffice/filters/kword, you'll find:
 abiword  applixword  ascii  docbook  html  latex  

Any of those can be a good example to start from - have a quick
look at all of them, they all use different solutions :-)
