Version: KDE_2_0_BRANCH as of 2001/03/12

1. start kword with an empty document
2. Type 'abc'
3. Press Shift+Home
4. Type 'def'  ->  Text == 'defabc', nothing selected
5. Move another window over kword to force a redraw
   -> 'def' is selected, 'abc' isn't.
